These terms govern use of the private software application "ATG Internal Tools" (the "App"), operated by All Truck Gears.

1. Private, internal use only

The App is proprietary software built for the internal accounting operations of All Truck Gears and its affiliated businesses. It is not licensed, sold, distributed, or made available to the public or to any third party. Only the business owner and staff the owner authorizes may use it.

2. License

Authorized users are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App solely for the business's internal bookkeeping. The App may not be copied, distributed, sublicensed, resold, or reverse-engineered by anyone outside the business.

3. Connection to QuickBooks Online

The App connects to QuickBooks Online using Intuit's authorized OAuth 2.0 flow. Use of QuickBooks Online remains subject to the agreements between the business and Intuit. The App is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Intuit Inc.

4. Data handling

Data handling is described in the privacy policy at https://atgbakersfield.com/pages/app-privacy and is incorporated here.

5. No warranty

The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. The App performs bookkeeping operations that change accounting records; users are responsible for reviewing every change. The App is not a substitute for professional accounting or tax advice.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising out of use of the App.

7. Termination

Access may be revoked at any time. The connection can be terminated at any time by disconnecting the App in QuickBooks Online.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
