Refundable Deposit Only — Physical Cores Are Not for Sale

This $3,500 listing is a refundable core deposit, not a physical core, transmission, shift cover, or repair part. If you purchase only this deposit, nothing will be shipped and no physical item is included.

Purchase this deposit separately only when ATG Bakersfield instructs you to pay it for an existing or separately arranged qualifying Volvo I-Shift refurbished transmission order. A deposit-only purchase does not buy or reserve a replacement transmission.

Do not add another deposit when your selected transmission option already includes it. Core credit is subject to matching-model eligibility, condition, receipt, and inspection.

Choose Your Refurbished Volvo Transmission

Each transmission below offers “With accepted core” and “No accepted core — deposit included” options. All prices exclude freight and tax.

• AT2612D refurbished transmission: $5,000 with an accepted core, or $8,500 including the $3,500 refundable deposit.
• ATO2612D refurbished transmission: $5,000 with an accepted core, or $8,500 including the $3,500 refundable deposit.
• AT2512D refurbished transmission: $4,000 with an accepted core, or $7,500 including the $3,500 refundable deposit.
• ATO2512D refurbished transmission: $4,000 with an accepted core, or $7,500 including the $3,500 refundable deposit.

Core Acceptance and Return

• The matching core must already be received, inspected, and accepted by ATG Bakersfield before the deposit may be waived. Selecting a “With accepted core” transmission option does not establish acceptance.
• If the core has not already been accepted, the $3,500 deposit is required. An order may be held or cancelled when a required deposit or core is missing.
• Contact ATG Bakersfield and deliver the eligible core to ATG Bakersfield, or tender it to an ATG-approved carrier, within 30 calendar days after delivery or customer pickup of the replacement transmission, unless the product listing, invoice, written authorization, or applicable law provides a longer period.
• Refund eligibility is determined after the core is received and inspected. Confirm the matching model, generation, configuration, condition, and required return components before shipping a core.
