Purchase this deposit separately only when ATG Bakersfield instructs you to pay it for an existing or separately arranged qualifying order. Core Charge Overview

This listing is a $2,500 refundable core charge associated with the purchase of a qualifying refurbished heavy-duty differential or carrier assembly from All Truck Gears. It is a refundable deposit—not a differential, carrier, repair part, manual, or standalone product.

Core Return Requirements

• Contact ATG Bakersfield and deliver the eligible core to ATG Bakersfield, or tender it to an ATG-approved carrier, within 30 calendar days after delivery or customer pickup of the replacement unit, unless the product listing, invoice, written authorization, or applicable law provides a longer period.
• The returned core must match the axle or carrier family and major configuration required for the refurbished unit purchased, unless All Truck Gears approves a different core in advance.
• Pickup customers may avoid the core deposit only after ATG receives and accepts the matching core; arrange acceptance before completing the purchase.
• Shipped orders must include the core charge unless the matching core has already been sent to and accepted by All Truck Gears.
• An order may be cancelled when the required core charge is omitted or the required core is not provided.
• Refund eligibility is determined after the returned core is received and inspected.

Core Identification

Before returning a core, confirm the manufacturer, axle or carrier model, bill of material or assembly number, ratio where required, forward or rear position, power-divider or interaxle-differential configuration, differential-lock provisions, input yoke or flange, housing and case condition, and any other configuration requested for the individual order. Similar-looking carriers may not be acceptable substitutes.
