This $5,000 listing is a core deposit, not a physical core, transmission, differential, or repair part. If you purchase only this deposit, nothing will be shipped and no physical item is included.

Purchase this deposit separately only when ATG Bakersfield instructs you to pay it for an existing or separately arranged qualifying order. Do not add another deposit when your selected transmission option already includes it. Core credit remains subject to matching-model eligibility, condition, receipt, and inspection.

Core Return Requirements

• Contact ATG Bakersfield and deliver the eligible core to ATG Bakersfield, or tender it to an ATG-approved carrier, within 30 calendar days after delivery or customer pickup of the replacement transmission, unless the product listing, invoice, written authorization, or applicable law provides a longer period.
• The returned core must match the model and major configuration required for the refurbished gearbox purchased, unless ATG Bakersfield approves a different core in advance.
• Core credit eligibility and any reduction are determined after receipt and inspection under the Core Return Policy.
• The customer is responsible for core-return transportation unless the invoice or written ATG Bakersfield authorization states otherwise.

Core Identification

Before returning a core, confirm the complete Eaton model designation, transmission serial number, identification tag, gearbox family, torque rating, input and output configuration, PTO provisions, MTM status, case condition, and any other configuration requested for the individual order. Endurant models and builds are not interchangeable solely because they are visually similar.
