Choose Your Core Arrangement

• With accepted core — $4,000: Available only after ATG Bakersfield has received, inspected, and accepted your matching core. Arrange acceptance before selecting this option.
• No accepted core — $6,500 upfront: Includes the $4,000 refurbished transmission price plus a $2,500 refundable core deposit.

Both prices are before freight and tax. If your core has not already been accepted, choose “No accepted core — deposit included.” Do not add a second core deposit to this option. An order placed without a required deposit may be held or cancelled until the core arrangement is resolved.

Confirm Fitment and Included Components

Before ordering, provide the complete transmission model, identification-label photo, serial number, and vehicle details. Confirm the required configuration and exactly which components are included with ATG Bakersfield. A DT12 family name alone does not confirm compatibility; OA, OB, OC, OD, and DB designations are not interchangeable without verification.

Core Return and Deposit Refund

Contact ATG Bakersfield and deliver the eligible core to ATG Bakersfield, or tender it to an ATG-approved carrier, within 30 calendar days after delivery or customer pickup of the replacement transmission, unless the product listing, invoice, written authorization, or applicable law provides a longer period. Refund eligibility depends on matching-model eligibility, condition, receipt, and inspection.

Read the Core Return Policy and the Detroit DT12 core deposit terms. Physical cores are not for sale. A separate deposit-only purchase contains no physical item and nothing will be shipped.
